Your privacy
Updated October 24, 2026. This notice covers the free GrowthSZN web timer.
No account or tracking
The web timer does not include analytics, ad networks, tracking pixels, accounts, payments or a workout backend. It displays GrowthSZN promotional cards linking to our separate coaching app and assessment. The timer does not track impressions or clicks. GrowthSZN does not receive your saved workout settings.
What stays on your device
When you select Save on this device, one setup—including its timer mode and sample exercise plan—is stored in this browser. Your installation-prompt dismissal is also remembered. Your preferred demonstration for each exercise is remembered when storage is available. Personal exercise images, GIFs and videos you add are stored in this browser using IndexedDB. They are never uploaded to GrowthSZN or a media provider. Keep your original files; this is not a backup service. During an approved app update, a temporary copy of your current setup is kept in this tab so it can be restored after reloading. The app caches its files and bundled exercise images for offline use. This information does not sync to other devices or browsers. Clearing browser/site data can remove saved settings, installation preferences and downloaded files; browsers may also evict offline files.
Network requests and speech
Your hosting provider processes ordinary requests needed to deliver and update the site, which may include your IP address and browser information under its own hosting policy. The app does not send workout history to an analytics or cloud-sync service. The complete exercise catalog is included in the app. Exercise images are served from the same host as this timer, not an external image provider. Sample images download for offline use automatically; additional catalog images are cached as you view them, up to 200 images. Older viewed images can be removed to manage storage.
Voice cues use your browser and operating system's speech facilities. Available voices and their processing depend on your device and selected speech service. The app never records your microphone.
